Photography - I started with the ubiquitous Zenit E, through Nikkormat on to Canon and Pentax ....and I still have my old Rolleicord.  The latest is a digital -  Fujifilm Finepix s5500(s5100).   And I am exploring Photoshop.  I learned picture-taking the hard way by snapping small fast military planes at Luqa Airfield, though now I prefer more static subjects... maybe a symptom of mellowing age.... still here are some pictures which could give you a flavour of Malta

This cat in the Old capital City of Mdina....  Loves taking the spotlight from Tour Guides by cuddling up to tourists !!

The Re-paving of the entire City of Mdina brought to light a number of historical discoveries which had to be painstakingly excavated by archaeologists - before the embellishment works could resume. 

The Village feast in honour of St Helen in my hometown Birkirkara is special (of course)...... as it is the only procession held in the morning.

              Fish , Wine, Bread, Olive Oil, ..... we have a traditional Mediterranean Cuisine.....
